On purchasing a product you will be sent a preinstallation checklist to fill out, that captures all the necessary network configuration details for your deployment.
Your product is pre-configured and tested in the Squire Technologies lab before it is shipped to you.
This service is provided free of charge on all purchased products.
On-site and Commissioning Support
The on-site installation service provides a fully qualified Squire Technologies engineer who will assist with the configuration, installation and interconnect testing of a Squire Technologies product.
Remote and Commissioning Support
All Squire Technologies’ products can be controlled and monitored remotely over IP.
This allows us to provide dedicated remote installation and commissioning support.
Training enhances the skills of your employees and increases productivity - thus increasing return on investment and offering many benefits to your company.
The standard package provides 1 day of training per product for up to 4 people and typically consists of ½ day theory and ½ day hands on training.
For larger scale network deployments an account manager can arrange customised training. Training can be provided at the client’s site, at our UK headquarters or alternatively can be delivered remotely.
