Customers currently under an existing Support contract have automatically been transferred to the equivalent new Support Package and at time of renewal will be contacted to discuss the purchase of the appropriate new Support Package.
Support Service Packages
Platinum support provides the gold support package wrapped up in round the clock dedicated 24/7 support with mobile access to support engineers.
The silver package extends the bronze support to 12 months and adds UK office hour telephone support.
The gold package provides all the benefits of the silver support package, plus it provides remote configuration assistance. This means a more hands-on approach from the support team who will logon remotely to clients’ boxes to assist with reconfiguration and troubleshooting.
All purchased products are supplied free of charge, with 6 months bronze support giving email and web access to the support team.

Squire Protection Plan
All products purchased from Squire Technologies Ltd are supplied with 12 months free hardware warranty.
Extended Hardware Warranty
To extend the hardware warranty for 12 months is 12% of purchase price of unit, this includes the Silver Support package. Hardware warranties can be extended to a maximum of 2 years.
Warranty cover for software is provided under the Squire Technologies Software Support packages. Software warranties can be renewed annually for as long as customer requires.
