Customer Survey Results 2026

“You provide an excellent product, installed by knowledgeable PM and engineers” is how our customers describe our core network solutions in our recent annual customer survey 2026.
Respondents from over 50 countries provided their views on a range of topics regarding Squire Technologies’ products and services, and the feedback provided some invaluable insights.
In order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of our customers’ views on our products and services, we collect feedback through our 24/7 support team and combine it with insights from our annual customer report. These insights help us ensure that we meet customer expectations while identifying opportunities to further enhance our products and better support operators’ evolving needs. As network configurations continue to evolve in response to technological advancements and changing socioeconomic conditions, understanding customer satisfaction is more important than ever.
Overall Performance

Spider chart of all scored dimensions: 2025 (light green, dashed) vs 2026 (dark green, solid)
Service Delivery: Measurable Gains Across the Board

Service function average scores: 2025 vs 2026 (scores out of 4.0)
Every one of the five directly comparable service categories improved year-on-year. Project Management led the way (+0.211), closely followed by Account Management (+0.201) — both areas where core network teams depend on predictable delivery against demanding rollout schedules.
Support: Continuous Improvement

Support rating distribution: 2025 vs 2026
Support has historically drawn the sharpest scrutiny from this audience, so its +0.165 improvement matters. The distribution shift tells the real story: the proportion of “Average” ratings fell from 14.4% to just 4.5%. Poor ratings persist at 6.1%, so there’s more work to do — but the middle-ground dissatisfaction that used to define Support feedback has largely disappeared.
Training (+0.093) and Installation (+0.082) also moved forward. 2026 also introduced a combined Sales category, replacing the separate Pre-Installation and Finance categories used in 2025.
Product Features: Improvements in Key Areas
While most areas were essentially the same as last year, Scalability improved by +0.088 and Pricing by +0.049.
Documentation: Steady, Across-the-Board Improvement

Documentation quality scores: 2025 vs 2026
Documentation quality improved in every comparable area:
- Administration (+0.090)
- Support documentation (+0.058)
- Training documentation (+0.031).
2026 also introduced a new Installation documentation rating, which launched at 3.10 out of 4.0 — a solid baseline for a first-year metric.

The Verdict
A 95.3% recommendation rate from this crowd is not a vanity metric. Our customer base, justifiably, have high standards and their constant, honest feedback reshapes our priorities and business objectives. The result of this year’s, which showed a measurable improvement across all areas, gives a degree of reassurance but also starkly highlights areas in which we need to improve.

“No two of our customers are the same — different infrastructures, networks, regulations, priorities, pressures. The job of Support is to fit around you, not the other way round. This year’s results were genuinely encouraging — they tell us this approach is working, and the feedback tells us exactly where to aim next”.
