The results of our annual customer survey are in. There\u2019s a 28% increase in respondents year-on-year, and we\u2019re grateful for the feedback that we\u2019ve received from all our customers. Like last year, we received responses from 50% of our active customers with fully deployed solutions, covering over 30 countries. <\/h4>\n

It\u2019s great to get honest opinions from customers about Squire Technologies’<\/a> products and services, and we\u2019re delighted that 94% of customers like them so much that they would recommend us.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

How do we use information from our annual customer survey?<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/h3>\n
\n

We encourage customers to routinely provide general feedback following support calls and during meetings. However, our annual customer survey gathers data on specific topics. Survey information is combined with the all-year-round feedback to identifying where we\u2019re excelling and where we can do even better. <\/p>\n

While the results are very encouraging, we\u2019re always seeking to increase value and outcomes for customers. So, here are some of the insights that we\u2019ve gleaned from our annual customer survey.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Product features<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/h3>\n
\n

In all areas of our business, we work tirelessly to deliver better results for customers, and the outcome is clear. Customer perception is up on all product features.<\/p>\n

In particular, 95% of customers rated our products\u2019 functionality as excellent or good, up from 91% last year. The results are similar for other categories. Customers ratings of excellent or good were also up on robustness (95%), scalability (90%), customisation (90%), flexibility (91%), pricing (77%) and OA&M usability (87%).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Overall, year-on-year, product feature ratings of excellent or good have increased from 81% to 89%. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\n

Project phases<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/h3>\n
\n

Excellent and good ratings of project phases have increased on pre-installation, installation, training, support, account management, and project management. Only regarding finance, did fewer customers give a rating of excellent or good, down from 80% to 78% year-on-year.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Customer product suggestions<\/b><\/h3>\n<\/h3>\n
\n

We are always interested to hear from customers about how they think our products and services might be improved. Here are some of the actions we\u2019re taking based on customer suggestions.<\/p>\n

Countries that are switching off their 3G networks are putting critical communications at risk. Therefore, at the request of one of our customers in Australia, we are investigating interconnects for VoWifi, considering ePDG and N3 IWF solutions.<\/p>\n

Several customers have expressed a desire for GUI upgrades. We\u2019re happy to report that work is in the pipeline. The upgrades will make the GUI more responsive and add more configuration validations. In addition, we are developing an add-on to improve reporting and introduce traffic graphs.<\/p>\n

Our aim is to continually improve outcomes for our customers and their partners and subscribers. To that end, we are always researching new technologies, including how we might use AI to make deployments even faster, by simplifying administrative tasks.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
